How the Free Resizing Service Works

If your ring does not fit as expected, you may request a complimentary resizing within 60 days from the date of delivery. Once approved, our expert jewelers carefully adjust the ring using professional techniques that preserve the original design, proportions, and integrity of the piece.

Each resizing request is handled with the same precision and care as the original creation, ensuring the final result feels natural and seamless.

Eligible Jewelry

Our 60 Days Free Resizing service applies to:

• Standard engagement rings
• Wedding bands (non-eternity styles)
• Select fashion rings

Resizing eligibility depends on the design, metal type, and stone setting. Our team will confirm whether your ring qualifies before proceeding.

Exclusions and Limitations

To protect the quality and structure of fine jewelry, free resizing does not apply to:

• Full or partial eternity bands
• Rings with complex or continuous gemstone settings
• Custom-made or bespoke designs
• Rings that have been engraved or altered

In certain cases, resizing may not be technically possible without affecting the design. If this occurs, our team will discuss alternative solutions with you.

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for securely shipping the ring to our facility for resizing unless the item is found to be defective. We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping methods, as ros juweliers cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once resizing is completed, the ring will be shipped back to you securely.
